Today we’re looking for CRUISE EXPERTS for our customer hub on onboarding new clients.

Your job:

As a Cruise Expert, you will take contact to already existing leads - like people that have signed up for a cruise adventure. Your job is to onboard these potential clients. Through building relationships and trust, you’ll be a key figure in our operation. You will manage multichannel active interactions, promoting our services for an amazing holiday!

Requirements:

• A fluent level of GERMAN with exceptional grammar and spelling skills, both spoken and written
• High level of English or Spanish
• Preferably a background in sales
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented
