About the position

We are looking for customer service specialists to join our customer support team. You will be working for our client, one of the leading travel and accommodation providers around the globe! The position is located at our offices in Amsterdam. You will be fully trained and be provided with all the knowledge needed to execute your job in the best way possible and simultaneously grow with the team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• A welcoming and spacious environment
• Handling of customers and users’ inquiries over phone and emails
• Act as an intermediary between customers and accommodations
• Managing reservation, special requests and complaints
• Problem-finding and offering solutions to customers
