We are currently looking to hire motivated and driven Customer Advisors for some of the world's biggest fintech brands. You must be able to interact with others efficiently and be comfortable with phone interaction through support and customer care.
 

Responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound calls, e-mails and chats from existing consumers needing product support
• Assisting consumers with resolving presented issues
• Staying up to date with system information, updates, changes and other standard procedures
• Communicating in a clear and professional manner
