We are looking for customer service specialists to join our customer support team in Palma, Mallorca. A city that will get you to experience clear waters, white sandy beaches, and rich culture and history!

You will be working for our client, one of the leading European online clothing retailers to ensure that their customers’ inquires are being handled at the highest professional standard possible and therefore keeping up with their renowned exceptional service.

Your tasks

• Handling of customers and users’ inquiries over phone and emails
• Problem-finding and offering solutions to customers
• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience

You are

• Fluent Danish speaker with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Good level of English (both written and spoken)
• Attentive listener and always happy to help
• Service-minded
• Motivated and hard-working
• Willing to travel abroad
